In this episode of CSN, the coaches welcome Marty Beall, Head Women’s coach of the Richmond Spiders to the Podcast Pitch to discuss his career arc, how he incorporates his degree in psychology into his coaching style, and the environment at Richmond.

They start the show with a Coach Matt rant (just let him “give the refs a go” uninterrupted for goodness sake) and then welcome in Coach Lee to discuss the past weekend’s slate of games and they introduce a new segment called, “What’s more shocking?”  They announce their teams of the week and upsets of the week. The Power 5 tries to improve on last week’s debacle and they close with a look at the weekend’s upcoming matches.
