Manchester United also contacted the group about doing a re-working of the song for them!

One Touch To Go went on to record a song for Brentford too called 'Red On White'. Brentford bought 1000 copies.

Drummer Steve Hedges (Crawley fan since 1971) and lead singer Nigel Betteridge wrote Come On You Red Devils in around four hours. It was played on Radio Mercury, BBC Sussex, Hospital Radio Crawley and was used as the lead out tune for the players on matchdays.

The song along with another of One Touch To Go's tracks will feature in the upcoming Crawley Town documentary 'the other red devils'which will premiere on Facebook.

The bands line up in 1991 was:

John Rowell - Bass
