After two years, we returned to the Baltimore Comic-Con and it was everything we needed it to be. We saw some friends, we met new friends. We bought some old comics, we bought some new comics. And, yeah, we stood in some lines, but as you should know, we love lines!
Not only that, we were able to meet up with comic book creators Kat Calamia and Phil Falco and talk to them in person, having just spoken to them via Zencastr, about their new Kickstarter project, Slice of Life!
In this week's episode, you'll be able to hear that conversation in full, as well as a rundown of our experience at our first-ever pandemic comic-con. Was it weird? Yeah. Was it weirder than any other con experience? Not really. We answer your questions and consider our comic-con future. And yes, there will be a comic-con future, and we're stoked about it.
Make sure you visit Kat Calamia and Phil Falco's Kickstarter page for Slice of Life. We've already backed the project (gotta get that Yuriko plush doll)! You can also find Kat on Twitter HERE and Instagram HERE. You can find Phil on Twitter HERE and Instagram HERE.
