Colleen is the owner of @balance_and_bean, and spent 12 years in the corporate “fast lane”. While it may have looked glam on the outside, on the inside, she was a burnt-out mess living on caffeine and skipping lunches. When her daughter was born, it put her body over the edge. She suffered from postnatal depletion and lacked the tools and information to feel well. Since then, she's made it her mission to understand why moms of babies, toddlers and young children are so fatigued and sick today. Colleen works with moms to replenish their bodies with good, real food, re-examining their relationship to stress, and rebuilding a lifestyle that’s nourishing... so they can feel like themselves again - only better!
