On today’s show we are diving into the moon, quite literally. My guest is Kirsty Gallagher, the wonderful author of Lunar Living. She’s a meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, life coach and a best-selling author who has recently released her Lunar Living Journal to accompany her brilliant first book. 

In this episode, Kirsty describes how working with the constantly changing phases of the moon can help you to understand yourself like never before. It helps to realign everything in your own life, from knowing when to take time out to knowing when you need to make things happen. She encourages us to take lessons from the moon, as it goes through different phases each day, giving us permission to change and flow. 

We discuss why so many of us struggle to sleep when there's a full moon, what the difference is between intuition and our inner critic and how journalling can be a fantastic tool for helping you to get to know yourself.
