We have a desire to belong to a team, community, family, or club. This desire to belong was put in us by our Heavenly Father. We try many different ways to belong to a group of people we may not even like. As seen by the early church, Christ has given us a community to belong to. The early church model of teaching, fellowship, generosity, and community involvement is the church we strive to become.
