Jennifer Kennedy of NHPCO devotes her career these days to advocating for quality hospice care.  As Senior Director of Regulatory and Quality, Jennifer works alongside the entire NHPCO team to communicate with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to speak for the best interest of hospice agencies all over the country. 

She’s also a source of information and help.  Jennifer reminds us to remember that our emergency preparedness plans are there for a purpose. She stresses that while we’re taking care of our patients with the highest quality of care, it’s important to take care of our staff.  Team members are our biggest resource!
