Beginning this year, the CFO is allowing a 7-person mechanics experiment, with the umpire in the offensive backfield.  On today's episode, we have 3 officials from the BigSky conference who have worked these mechanics the past two years.  Referee Kelly Holman, Umpire John Schindler and Back Judge Chris Storey join us to give us their thoughts on working this mechanic
