Being on tour it is difficult to eat healthy, sustainable friendly food and make sure not to leave any food waste at the same time. However, this is exactly what Ole Plogstedt sees as his goal. Being a tour caterer and founder of the “Rote Gourmet Fraktion” he cooks food for everyone everywhere who is fund of rock music. Doing so, he cooperates with local producers, goes on trips with foodsharing and has become an expert on supply chains of different products over the past years. His motto “just do it” proves to be really useful. How else should he achieve that people being catered by him change from meat to vegetarian consumption or try out seitan, tofu and similar products as a delicious alternative. Ole is really passionate about cooking. In our podcast he shares insights how he combines his talent with making a positive impact for the world.
