Cultivating space does not necessarily mean sitting still in total silence. This is a two-part series and a deeply meaningful conversation about what it means to cultivate space in your life and how doing this can make a huge difference in how you exist and how you FEEL. In this second part, we talk about being curious about your feelings about space and what cultivating space means for you right now. Be sure to listen to Ep. 112 before 113, and enjoy the full conversation on this topic.
