On the night of July 22, 1991 Milwaukee police entered the apartment of 31-year-old Jeffrey Dahmer in response to a complaint by a man who said he'd been handcuffed and held hostage there only minutes earlier. Having been to the residence in the past, the cops thought this might be another case of a domestic dispute between two young lovers. Once inside, however, what they found was far more sinister.
