Dale Richardson has always lived from a place of leadership. Even as the youngest of four growing up in Virginia, he relentlessly pursued to lead in college, social organizations, law school, and his law firm.

Why? Influence.

However, after a tragic accident, he was given a second chance. The idea of influence transitioned a him to a motivation of helping others.
