The first impression of Missouri Tigers former wide receiver Danario Alexander when seeing him up close is his intimidating physical presence standing at 6’4 and 221 pounds. After sitting down with Danario after a long day of practices and interviews he couldn’t wipe the smile off his face, looking more like a gentle giant. Holding true to his word was Vann McElroy the former Oakland Raiders safety who now works with Select Sports Group who represents Danario saying this is one bright entertaining young man. Depending on whom you talked with during Senior Bowl week there were a lot of mixed reviews on how Alexander performed. One thing is for certain though his 40 time is going to be a very critical factor on his final grade. For a player known for his long stride Alexander doesn’t shift gears like some of the smaller receivers in this years draft class. The NFL Combine and Missouri Pro Day will be critical venues to showcase a quick 40 time in front of the NFL’s clamoring eyes. Join host Bo Marchointe and Danario Alexander on another NFL Draft Bible Player Spotlight Show.
