Did you know humility is dangerous to the enemy because when we are humble, we are like Christ! The only self description Jesus gives is that He is "gentle and humble" (Matthew 11:9). If we are to become like Christ we must grow in humility which is an enemy to human pride and self-sufficiency. Humility requires true submission to Christ in everything and this is our daily life challenge.

James 4:6-7 says, "But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble. Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Foundational to a life of authentic power and authority over the enemy, is demonstrating the humility of Christ in our lives every day.
