Darren Reinke fundamentally believes there is greatness within each one of us. His mission is to unleash the inner lion within leaders so that they can lead more authentic and joyful lives while creating stronger and more resilient teams, organizations, and communities.

Darren founded Group Sixty, an executive coaching and training company based in San Diego, to bring his purpose to life and to transform leaders, their teams, and their organizations. Group Sixty works with leaders and teams at Fortune 500’s, mid-market companies, fast-growing startups, and visionary non-profits.

Darren started his career at Accenture and also spent time at successful companies such as Gap, Neutrogena, and ProFlowers prior to launching Group Sixty.

Darren graduated with highest honors from UC Davis and received his MBA from UC Berkeley. He is also a certified executive coach through the International Coach Federation.

Darren is also the author of "The Savage Leader: 13 Principles to Become a Better Leader from the Inside Out." The book is about the inner journey we go on as leaders to become great.
