In this episode, we interview David Fischer, the Executive Director of the Broadway Center, all about Prop 1, the Tacoma Creates initiative. If you've seen those signs around town and wondered what they mean, the intention is to strengthen the cultural identity, spark the creative energy and promote the vibrancy of our neighborhoods and communities.
