Marking my first official day of recording a short right before my 3.5 mile trek home in NYC.
I have no former training. I'm on a ketogenic diet. I weigh 135lbs. The point of this exercise is to increase my endurance for hiking and hunting.
I'm new to podcasting and am basically just winging this. I promise the content will improve as I learn.
