On each inhale, gently lift both shoulders up toward your ears.
Hold for just a second.
Then exhale slowly, letting them drop with a sigh.

As you continue, notice: are you holding anything that isn’t yours?
Let each exhale feel like a tiny release.
With the final breath, feel your neck longer, your head lighter.
