Chris and Ashton are the co-owners of Valkere Investment Group, LLC. a Multifamily Real Estate Investment Firm focused primarily on apartment syndication.They started in 2018, scaled from 0 to 42 units in 15 months ranging from duplexes to apartment complexes.

Chris, a former firefighter, a veteran of the United States Airforce and Network Operations Team Lead, coordinates the management/structure of the company and offers a highly analytical skill set with which to implement company systems, define investment strategies and provide profitable opportunities to lenders, clients, and company partners. 

Ashton, an Air Force Special Operations Pararescue-Jumper, a Sniper, and a Special Warfare Team Leader, acts as project and acquisitions manager.  Ashton provides in-depth market research, ground-level expertise, resources, and network facilitation to ensure the investment opportunities we offer build equity and maximize profitability for our clients, lenders, and team
