Welcome to Episode 346. In this episode the Leftovers are joined by Paul Hart from The Animated Batcast and Movies from the Hart as well as Melissa Sloter from the Wild Pretty Things podcast. 

To start things off we announce the winners from The King of Staten Island Blu-Ray giveaway contest!!!  Congrats to all the winners and thanks to everyone who entered!!! 

In Good Pop Bad Pop for TV we talk about the new HBO series Lovecraft Country. We also discuss High Score on Netflix a new docu-series that traces the history of classic video games, featuring insights from the innovators who brought these worlds and characters to life.  And we've watched some episodes of Jake Johnson's new animated adult comedy Hoops on Netflix. 

In Movies Brian gives us his thoughts on David Ayer's new movie The Tax Collector starring Bobby Soto and Shia LaBeouf. Jake and Brian discuss The One and Only Ivan streaming now on Disney+ starring Sam Rockwell and Bryan Cranston. Brian and Paul talk about The Sleepover on Netflix, Paul and Melissa talk about the Amazon Prime Video original Chemical Hearts directed by Richard Tanne where a high school transfer student finds a new passion when she begins to work on the school's newspaper.  And Brian and Melissa discuss the new Ethan Hawke film Tesla. 

In News we talk about critic reactions to Tenet.

In Marvel News we talk about Book Smart director Olivia Wilde getting a Sony Marvel film. Spider-Woman? Madame Web? Something different? Also, we have a director for the Kraven the Hunter film and we talk about what we'd like to see in that movie and who we might like to see in the role.

And finally, in DC News we talk all things DC FanDome. The Batman trailer, Wonder Woman 1984, Black Adam, The Suicide Squad, Gotham Knights!!! And we're joined by Brooke Daugherty and Steven Farshid who catch us up on what we missed while we were recording. Huge thanks to those two!
