














Growing Up With Sexual Shame & Guilt







Growing up in a conservative Catholic and Asian household, sex to say the least was not discussed or talked about. As a kid, I heard that when you touch yourself, it's a sin against God.



It's natural to have those urges and to start being curious above sex growing up, but I felt ashamed of my desires as a man. I didn't have anyone to tell me this is normal for a young boy growing up. 



As I tried (and failed) to repress these emotions, it made the sexual shame and guilt grow bigger.



We talked about this, and the events that led to my mental breakdown in Hollywood boulevard.  How I was unhappy even though I was dating a lot of girls.

managing all the fear, stress, and anxiety is a big question many of us face.

emotions, and at the same time preparing for the worst.

survivalists. It will help diminish the stress because you'll know what

Goal Setting (And How to Keep Motivation)


How reach your goals through a mamba mentality and championship work ethic. 







I'm never thought I'd be this affected by a celebrity death as  I'm with hearing the news of Kobe Bryant's passing. 







I wasn't even the biggest Laker or Kobe fan, but I respected him and his work ethic. I loved seeing what he was achieving after his great basketball career.







Being in California during the epic championship runs of the Kobe and Shaq era, Kobe was part of growing up. I have fond memories working at a bar where everyone was captivated by their every move. 







His death reminded me of my beloved uncles who passed too early as well. I wanted to dedicate a podcast to applying the life lesson Kobe and my uncles provided me.







It's a reminder that we don't know how long we have. And we need to make the most of it. 







We tragically lost Kobe Bryant, his daughter and 7 other beautiful souls. May you all rest in peace.
