Participant’s Bio:
Marcia Mills is a Procurement Counsel, Fasken LLP. She has over a decade of public procurement experience with the Federal government. She is uniquely positioned to provide clients with legal and strategic advice throughout the procurement cycle, from Industry engagement, responding to Letters of Interest, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals, to contract negotiating & execution; as well as advice on government policies and procurement processes.
Daniel Ross is currently a part-time Executive in Residence and Visiting Professor at the Telfer School of Management where he teaches Complex Project Leadership. He was Assistant Deputy Minister Materiel from May 2005 to December 2012 with the Department of National Defence.
Charles Bouchard joined the Lockheed Martin team in September 2013 following a successful career in the Canadian Armed Forces spanning over 37 years. He retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force at the rank of Lieutenant General. His military career includes many senior leadership roles in Canada, NORAD and NATO, illustrating a strong understanding of national security, international cooperation and stakeholder relations.
