(7/26/20) Dems join GOP to increase military spending by $2 billion during a pandemic — but that's not looting?

In bad news: Dems just joined the GOP to increase military spending by $2 billion—but apparently that's not looting, Congress lets $600 unemployment benefit lapse when we're on the precipice of a wave of evictions, and while there's lots of good  happening in the largest uprising in recent US history, there have also been armed right-wing militias, enormous police violence, and protesters have been shot; and men's rights groups are in a panic over the murders of Roy Den Hollander, including his killing/shooting of US District Judge Esther Salas' family. In good news: Thousands of workers walk out in "Strike for Black Lives" this week, AOC to Yoho: "a 'decent man' won't hide behind his kids," Grimes tells Elon Musk to "turn off your phone" after Tesla CEO's gender pronouns tweet, and finally: person, woman, man, camera, TV.
