Eric Vargosko founded Lenox Development Group in 2008 with the vision of generating real estate development opportunities that will drive business growth and give new life to unused areas. Despite the challenges of the 08 great recession Lenox Development Group was profitable through their innovative approach to the high-end salon market. 

Prior to forming Lenox Development Group, our foundering partners played a key role in the SouthEnd and NoDa projects in Charlotte. Lenox Development Group has always been focused on creating unique mixed-use and high-end development projects.
