What does it mean to “save your own skin?”.
The dictionary says it’s to remove yourself from a dangerous or unpleasant situation, not caring at all about what happens to anyone else. Our world is full of people who are all about saving their own skin and the world back in Jesus’ time was no different.
Join us for today’s devotion as we look at Luke 23:35-39 and see how the people were only trying to save their own skin and dared Jesus to do the same!
