Episode #029 : Diego Gosmar | UCLA Fully Employed MBA | CEO at Xenialab & XCALLY

Diego Gosmar is a Passionate Visionary Innovator with almost 20 years of experience in the ICT and Telco industry. He started to work on the early Voice over Internet technologies at Telecom Italia Labs in 1997, when he was finishing his University studies. In 1998 he moved to Omnitel (now Vodafone) where he led some strategic projects for the early GPRS and UMTS vendor selection. He worked in Atlanet (Telefonica Data company) from 1999 to 2004, where he managed more than 20 Million strategic purchasing and planning for the international IP network.

In 2005 he decided to explore the entrepreneurship experience in Wildix, a leading Voice over IP vendor, where he drove the company growth and business development, overtaken 5 Million revenues in a couple of years and opening subsidiaries in France (Paris) and Ukraine (Odessa).

In 2007 Diego and his current partners were awarded for the best business plan in the Telecommunication industry at the I3P Polytechnic University of Turin Innovative Enterprises , therefore he decided to join Xenialab as co-Founder. The company was initially specializing in ICT services, and starting from 2012 Diego has been driving the XCALLY international expansion, covering now more than 50 countries worldwide all over the continents, managing key partners and hundreds of customers.

XCALLY provides one of the best Omni Channel software along with effective User Experience for any customer care industry.
