The Colorado Avalanche beat the New Jersey Devils 6-4 in a penalty-ridden NHL game. The Avs were led by multiple points from star players Nathan MacKinnon, Mikko Rantanen, and Cale Makar. Alexandar Georgiev made 20 saves on 23 shots as the Avalanche remained unbeaten at Ball Arena. Ross Colton also scored for the Avalanche before being kicked out and Miles Wood scored a goal and an assist against his former team.
