Main Idea: From John the Baptist to Jesus is the great turning point of history, in which the Kingdom of Heaven comes into this world. John's question - "Are you the one who is to come?" - leads Jesus to interpret the significance of his own ministry, the ministry of John, and the crowd's assessment of them both. We will be challenged to consider whether we live in light of the decisive change that took place with the coming of Christ Jesus. With Christ, the Kingdom of Heaven is now a present reality.
