"Nothing real can be threatened and nothing fake exists." Love love love!
When I went before God and asked Them whether or not being gay was a sin I was appalled by my own question. An obvious truth it seemed, or at least obvious to my pastors. Going before God and asking this question required me to stop projecting how I think God should feel onto the Lord and allow Them to speak for Themselves. Todays episode is all about projection and the ways we might be projecting feelings/stances on the Lord that are blatantly false! Some of these feeling/stances are taught to us by the church or misinterpreted Bible verses so in this episode we also discuss how to know when God is speaking something to you. God has a mind of Their own. They have Their own Truth that we don't know the fullness of. It is vital to our faith journeys that we go before God and ask "obvious" questions which may included getting a little uncomfy.

Here are a few steps to follow from this point:
"What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun!" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
