www.chabad.org  Matbucha Recipe One bag of frozen peppers (tricolor), 2 large cans of diced tomato. 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon paprika salt and pepper. ¼ cup olive oil. Drain canned diced tomato. In a medium-large saucepan heat the oil on medium/high heat. Add garlic, diced tomato, frozen peppers and return to a boil. Cover the pot and lower heat to medium, stir ingredients occasionally so the bottom of the pan doesn’t burn. Cook for 30 minutes, then uncover the pan and reduce heat to low and let simmer until there’s no extra liquid in the pan. Add salt, pepper and paprika
