Dr. Fran Hurley is an early childhood education who has dedicated her life's work to understanding how learning in the early years as the foundation for human development. She is a brilliant woman who holds five degrees including master's  and doctoral degree from Harvard University in Human Development. She is equally humble and kind as she is brilliant. Throughout this episode we have the opportunity to hear about her vast experience working alongside educators across the globe, we discuss growing up in a bi-racial family in an all white community, how she earns trust in new environments, and even how she is re-thinking the concept of being in the spotlight.
