Dr Joseph Mercola

Dr Mercola is an osteopathic physician, natural health activist, and founder of mercola.com, one of the top natural health websites in the world. In this conversation, he uncovers two strategies - resolving vitamin D deficiency and metabolic inflexibility - and gets into the use of hydroxychloroquine and quercetin to fight this disease.

While you can take vitamin D supplements as a preventative measure, Dr Mercola talks about why getting your dosage directly from the sun has additional benefits that improve your overall immunity - even for those whose diets are far from ideal.
