And I did my best not to shy away from my own Anxiety and Shame that kicked in as soon as Robert agreed to come on my show, which led to a beautiful discussion on how we can move through internalized shame and soothe our anxiety.

Having spent an hour and a half in conversation with him, I can confidently say that he didn't disappoint and I deeply admired his humility, authenticity, humor and welcoming nature.
