If we equate it to Physical Culture which is what we live by then we cultivate a process of being Mind, Body, and Spirit! This is a lifetime of work we must put into ourselves directly to build that unstoppable force we all want to become! When we continually keep building on our success the ability to deal with failures along the way gets easier because we strengthen our resolve through repetition to always find a solution to our impending problem.

When you get to the Blow-Up point in your life I would speculate that the little things in your life that have been nipping at your ankles for quite a while have now grown into something so big that you feel there's no way out! And to add more ouch to the dilemma your facing you are constantly on social media, texting, and politically charged. Please reread the last sentence I wrote above. All of these outside influences on top of what is already eating at you make you a candidate to Blow Up.

So what do we do here to Build Up instead of Blowing Up? If you're not exercising or haven't been for a long time isn't it time to get refocused on you and your health? Secondly, how do you envision yourself? Do you like yourself? These are the three major questions you have to answer immediately.  Once you have been honest with yourself and make the necessary changes life will begin to respond to your needs. This will be a great time to begin a new page with respect to what you're listening to, reading, and who you have ties with. If it doesn't feel right drop it and go on to something else. Greatness comes to those who Keep Going! What about you? Building Up! Do it!
