Dropshipping On Facebook Marketplace (BETTER THAN AMAZON)
In this video we are talking about dropshipping on Facebook Marketplace and comparing it to Amazon Dropshipping! Dropshipping on Facebook Marketplace has become super relevant in the ecommerce space in the last year. I will be discussing the pros and cons of dropshipping on facebook marketplace compared to amazon dropshipping.
If you know how to sell on facebook marketplace or on Amazon FBA don't worry I got you covered.
Topics covered in this video:
1. The longevity of Amazon Dropshipping Vs Facebook Dropshipping?
2. Which requires more capital?
3. Which dropshipping is best for beginners?
4. Which is more profitable?
Let us start with the question: Which you should choose if you are a beginner?
-- Facebook for sure --
Reasons Why:
1. Facebook has NO barrier to entry
2. Facebook allows you to get paid out Monday-Friday
3. Facebook is not as strict as Amazon when it comes to metrics to keep your marketplace open.
Which requires more capital?
- Amazon definitely requires more capital.
Which is more profitable?
- This one is a double-edged sword -
1. Amazon allows you to make $10k+ per month in NET PROFIT if you have the $75k+ in order to make the $10k in net profit.
2. Facebook will allow you to make $2k-$7k NET Profit but only spend $25k-$40k.
3. Essentially on Facebook, you’re sort of capped out at $7k-$8k on JUST ONE STORE, BUT to make $7k-$8k, you need far less money than you do on Amazon.
Which will last longer?
- No one knows the answer to this question since there is still people who are successfully dropshipping on Amazon, but I am going with "Facebook Dropshipping" and here is why:
1. Facebook is not solely a marketplace platform like Amazon and Walmart.
2. Facebook is like an Octopus - they have so many branches to the platform that they are not SOLEY focused on the marketplace aspect right now & I truly believe that we have 2+ years before they really start to even start to pay attention to this.
3. Also they are really paying attention to shops and trying to allow businesses to sell on the platform right now.
