Jonny DeLuca homered and drove in four to lead the Durham Bulls past Gwinnett 8-5.

DeLuca's three-run shot in the fifth gave Durham a 3-2 advantage. The Bulls scored four times in the sixth and added another on a single by Tristan Peters in the seventh.

Jacob Waguespack earned his first win as a Bull, working five innings, permitting two runs and fanning seven. Joe Record closed out the 9th for his first save in the organization.
