AProPositive LLC Founder Kirsten Beske, J.D., M.A., CAPP (Certification in Applied Positive Psychology) is a certified ICF program trained Life Coach who is passionately committed to optimizing human experience and fostering personal growth. After attending Harvard College and Boston University School of Law, she practiced law for over 14 years, as both a litigator and an adviser on HR and Employment Law issues.

Kirsten also holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and for more than a decade she has served adults and adolescents as a psychotherapist in private practice and school settings. A longtime advocate of Positive Psychology, she implements positive interventions to transform individuals and organizations to maximize success.
