Crime reporter turned postpartum doula, Pam founded First Daze & Nightzzz and offers calm, wisdom and sleep to new parents. In the Jewish community, she is a mikveh guide and in this way continues her work witnessing and assisting in significant transitions of birth, death and renewal. She is learning to enjoy her newly empty nest and reflects on the different seasons of parenting & marriage.
