Hersh Rai is Chief Growth Officer of Serenity Stays, a boutique short term and mid term rental management company. He primarily focuses on lead generation, client interaction, marketing, and outreach. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Hersh is extremely passionate about delivering state-of-the-art management solutions for clients and ‘serene’ experiences for guests. 

 

Hersh is also an active investor focused in the commercial multifamily, manufactured housing, and new development spaces. He is a managing partner of RaiVu, a real estate-based private equity firm. Hersh is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Purdue University.
