When I first came across a video of someone using EFT, emotional freedom techniques, also known as tapping, I thought, what is this crazy ass guy doing. Repeating phrases and tapping on different places on his body. Fast forward a few years and I’ve learned a little more about it and even played around with tapping. But it still felt kind of weird and I keep getting caught up in if I was doing it right.

I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of tapping and that’s why I’m so glad to have Ruthi Joyner with me today. Ruthi is an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Nutritionist and she is joining us today, we chat about:
