In this episode, I explore gratitude through the lens of Tantra. Inspired by the spirit of Thanksgiving, I reflect on how how genuine thankfulness is equivalent to the ancient Tantric concept of ananda or divine bliss. I share how surrendering to life as an expression of Divine Mother transforms our relationship with reality, allowing peace, reverence, and gratitude to arise even in the midst of uncertainty and challenge.
I also guide you through a simple five-senses Tantric gratitude ritual using sight, smell, sound, touch, and taste as doorways into embodied presence and devotion. This gentle daily practice is a way to soften the heart, come out of self-judgment and control, and live in collaboration with the Divine. In this way, gratitude becomes effortless - no longer something we have to generate, but the natural expression of being alive, aware, and connected to the deeper truth of who we are.
