"Over the past number of weeks we've been teaching about the Easter story. This Sunday, we wanted to actually tell the Easter story. There are 4 main texts the story comes from, and they don’t all agree totally on the details…so we might skate over a few parts but we're going to tell it because we're not sure how many of us have actually heard the whole story…with the difficulties in place. Regardless of the twists, this story has changed many of our lives. It's been the foundation of our beliefs. This is the story that has made us seem crazy to the world around us, even our parents or our partner.

It’s the story of the death and resurrection of Jesus called the Christ.
