Can I share something with you? I have always found it challenging to let go of things. Especially when no apology has been issued or when the person that has done me wrong has no remorse. I used to think of holding grudges as an Olympic Sport. But I reached a point in life where I just didn’t have the capacity or energy for it. I realised something needed to change. I want to use this episode to share some of the lessons I have learned whilst on this journey to embracing forgiveness.
