These are tough times for a lot of people. Most of us have felt the difficulty or have witnessed friends and relatives struggle to navigate in these extraordinary times. For many, it’s unfortunate that it has compromised to a significant extent their own mental health. These days, though difficult, must be a time where we can allow compassion particularly self-compassion to enable us to pivot in the appropriate direction. For our sake and for the people we care about, it’s important that we all carve time for calm, stillness, and to tell ourselves that we will not just survive but thrive regardless of our circumstances.
