How do you like to set intentions? You may know that choosing a word of the year is my favorite way to both set and stay on track with my own. In this episode, I offer a personal perspective on why I chose my Word of the Year "S P A C E" and how it has already been showing up for me in the first few weeks of 2024.

To me, spaciousness means more room for fun, magnificence, and "wow" moments. It also means reducing pressure – both internal and external.
