It’s not every day that you get to sit down with one of your personal heroes. But that’s exactly what I did in this episode. Tim Ballard is the founder and CEO of Operation Underground Railroad — a world renowned organisation focused on rescuing victims of the global sex trafficking trade, as well as capturing the traffickers themselves. I’ve followed Tim’s journey (and been inspired by him) for years, so I was incredibly honoured to sit down with him and bring you this massively important conversation. In this chat, Tim shares the shocking facts of the global sex trade, how his organisation is helping to end trafficking for good (and how we can ALL contribute to this movement), and the CRUCIAL ways we must educate our own children to protect them from sexual predators — both online and off.  Though these are topics that can be dark and difficult at times, Tim’s compassion, determination and leadership will light a fire in your heart. So will his ultimate message: that child sex trafficking will not be stopped by governents, but by everyday people taking a stand... In other words, it’s up to US.
