Flossie Hall built a multi-million dollar company. Moni Jefferson built and runs her own massively successful company. Each of those achievements is noteworthy but what makes these even more so is that both women created their success while married to active duty members of the military.

Having navigated the gauntlet of deployments, regular moves, and all the other uncertainty and challenges attached to life in the military, Flossie and Moni know firsthand how difficult it is to maintain a career in that life, let alone build massive success. So when the two of them connected, it became their combined mission to help other military spouses avail themselves of all the opportunities available in the country they and their families give so much to serve.

Together, the two powerhouses created and launched The Association of Military Spouse Entrepreneurs (AMSE) and on this episode of American Snippets they share their insight on achieving the American Dream while helping others do the same.
