This week I had the opportunity to connect with Rachael McBay.

Rachel and I actually attended the same university back in the early 2000s and now Rachael has grown into an incredible mother, a great partner, and an entrepreneur. Rachael and I catch up on life since university and everything she’s been through. We cover her career, growing her own business, becoming a mom, mindset, making money and everything in between.

Admittedly I always feel like I take so much away from this podcast and I feel a bit guilty because these podcasts are so impactful for me but I do know that when I put these out and I share these Rachel‘s message that it will resonate with you guys as well.
