In this episode of The Parley in all Blue, Mark speaks with Dr. Tracie Canada about Race Norming and the NFL. Dr. Tracie is an anthropologist and an assistant professor of anthropology at the University of  Notre Dame. Her ethnographic research uses sport to theorize race, kinship, gender and the body. Mark and Tracie define race norming,  how the players are compensated and answers that complex question of whether the NFL is  racist.
