Fast forward to today, my perspective on supplements has completely evolved. I’ve learned that supplements aren’t the foundation, they’re the icing on the cake. The cake is built through training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and stress management. Once those are dialed in, supplements can take your results to the next level.
